That said, in my experience as a Brooklyn real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Howard Witz has 25 years of experience, and is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, working with Fillmore Real Estate since 1995. Born & raised in Brooklyn, Howard graduated from Sheepshead Bay High School in 1981, and then attended Wagner College in Staten Island, majoring in Business.

Since joining Fillmore Real Estate in 1995, Howard has won almost every award given out by the company. From "The Most Improved Office Award" in 1995, through numerous "Million Dollar" & "Multi Million Dollar Producer" awards, all the way up to the coveted "Chairman's Circle Award," Howard is a cutting-edge marketing expert who gets results for his customers and clients. As an office manager and team leader, he is a great recruiter and trainer, and has a very high agent retention rate. His internet & marketing systems have kept his team production growing at an astonishing rate, and he is excited about the future at Fillmore. Howard is also very proud of his Realtor designation, SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). "I enjoy helping everyone, but take great pleasure in helping seniors. The senior community has given so much to all of us, and it makes me feel good to help an older buyer or seller because I know I am making a difference in their lives."

Howard is married to another great Realtor, his wife Lynn, and has three great sons, 16-year-old Landon and 10 year old twins, Adam and Austin. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, and anything outdoors. He has crazy taste in music, and loves to cook and BBQ for his friends and family. The more company, the better
